In order to ensure that the shipment of your order is not delayed, please read the following delivery terms carefully.
Please be advised that there are no exceptions to these rules! Velotique Limited reserves the right to cancel orders if any of the below conditions are not met.
Terms of Payment
Terms of payment are at Velotique Limited's sole discretion and are agreed to when an order is placed. Velotique will charge credit cards upon filling of order. Velotique accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Money Orders, Certified Cheques and *cleared Personal Cheques. Velotique does not accept COD, purchase orders or uncleared personal cheques. Velotique will include an invoice within your shipment. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact our Customer Service Centre at 1-800-363-3171 (416-466-3171). Velotique payment terms are subject to change without notice at Velotique's sole discretion.
Personal cheques* take 4 weeks to clear. Call for exact amount.
Velotique accepts only Canadian and US issued credit cards. Velotique sells and ships products only within Canada and the United States
The cardholder must be the one who places the order. An order cannot be placed on behalf of anyone else
Prices are in Canadian Dollars. Taxes or Duty are extra.
Shipping costs are extra. We ship via Canada Post Expedited.
Within Canada: from $6.50 for small items, from $18.00 for repair stands, from $25.00 for skis or oversized orders, $40.00 for Bike Cases.
Delivery allow 7-10 days for most items.
Express Post delivery in 3 days from $16.50 for small items.
USA: Express Post from $23.00
Shipping Terms
Your shipping information must match the information on your credit card billing statement.
(I.e. same name, address, and phone number)
We ship to Canadian and US addresses only.
Velotique plans to ship your Product (based on availability) within 24-48 hours of order processing
Delivery to the United States and some remote areas within Canada requires additional time
Velotique is responsible for Product loss or damage in transit to Customer's address. In the event of Product damage or loss during transit, it is the responsibility of the Customer to notify Velotique within 24 hours of receiving damaged Product or where Product is not delivered. Product damage or non-delivery may be reported to the Velotique at 1-800-363-3171 (416-466-3171).
Return Policies.
If you are not happy with your purchase send it back within 30 days for a refund, credit or replacement (your choice). All items considered for refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all original packing materials.
We cannot accept for refund or exchange any of the following items: worn undergarments, worn cycling shorts, open software (CD, DVD, Videos) and non-stocked special order items. Send it back accompanied by the receipt, fully insured via Canada Post to Velotique. COD returns will not be accepted. US returns must be clearly marked on outside of package "Returning Canadian Goods"
